본 영상 통화 이벤트는 하이라이트 MD 샵 온라인 또는 케이팝스토어 온라인 판매를 통해 구입하시는 분들 중 추첨을 통해 진행될 예정이며, 자세한 사항은 아래 안내를 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.

[영상통화 이벤트 진행 안내]
1. 본 행사는 카카오톡 어플의 페이스톡 기능으로만 진행되니 당첨자는 반드시
카카오톡이 가능한 핸드폰 등을 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 영상통화는 행사 기간에 맞춰 순차적으로 진행될 예정입니다.
- 영상통화 이벤트 시작 전 공지사항을 통해 당첨자 순서를 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 당일 당첨자에게 발신 전 카카오톡 등을 통하여 사전 안내 드릴 예정입니다.
- 두 번 이상 전화 연결을 시도했는데도 불구하고 받지 않을 경우 이벤트 진행이 불가하오니,
이벤트 시간을 확인하시고 반드시 전화를 받아 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 영상통화는 멤버 한 명씩 순서대로 진행되며, 예정된 통화시간이 지나면 다음 멤버에게 자동으로 화면이 이동됩니다.
- 당첨자 본인이 전화를 종료하지 않은 경우 전화가 강제 종료될 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 당첨자 본인이 아니거나, 2인 이상 참여의 경우 진행이 불가하오니 유의하시기 바랍니다.
- 통화 중 녹음, 녹화 및 SNS로 생중계할 수 없습니다.
- 당첨자 본인의 네트워크 환경으로 인해 연결이 불안정하거나 끊김이 지속될 경우, 이벤트 진행이 어려울 수 있으니 사전에 본인의 네트워크 환경을 반드시 체크해 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 원활한 진행을 위해 진행처로의 통화 및 메시지 발신을 삼가주시기 바랍니다.
[영상통화 이벤트 응모 시 유의사항]
1. 응모자에 한하여 구입 시 이벤트 및 사인에 필요한 개인정보(성함/연락처/생년월일/카카오톡 ID)를 수집할 예정입니다.
2. 영상통화는 정보를 제공해 주신 핸드폰 연락처 및 카카오톡 ID로만 진행 가능하며, 이벤트 시간은 당첨자분들에게 모두 동일하게 적용됩니다.
3. 원활한 이벤트 진행을 위하여 협조 부탁드리며 이벤트 진행에 지나친 방해가 될 경우,
참여가 제한될 수 있습니다.
4. 원활한 이벤트 진행을 위해 포스트잇, PS는 불가하며, 당첨자 본인의 성함과 사인만 진행됩니다.
5. 응모 시 구매한 상품은 예약 판매 상품으로 배송 일정에 맞춰 출고될 예정입니다.
배송 지연 등 특이사항 발생 시 별도로 안내드립니다.
6. 당첨자 전원에게 구매하신 상품 내 포토북에 사인을 하여 발송합니다.
7. 본 이벤트는 아티스트의 스케줄 상 사전 공지 없이 이벤트 진행 시간 변경 또는 취소가 발생할 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
8. 사인을 진행한 상품은 개봉되어 발송되는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

구매 관련
- 응모를 위해 구매하신 상품은 교환 및 환불이 불가합니다.
- 응모 기간 내에 입금(결제) 완료된 주문만 자동 응모됩니다.
- 적립금 및 쿠폰은 사용 불가합니다.
응모 관련
1. 본 이벤트 응모 시 결제는 대리인 할 수 있으나, 이로 인해 발생하는 모든 문제에 대해서 케이팝스토어를 포함한 주최 측에서는 일절 책임지지 않습니다.
2. 상품 구매 시 제공되는 응모자 정보 입력란에 응모자의 정보(성함/연락처/생년월일/카카오톡 ID)를 정확하게 기입해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 구매 완료 후 정보 변경 불가하며, 당첨자 추첨은 응모자분이 입력하신 정보로만 진행됩니다.
이때 본인의 부주의로 잘못 기입하신 정보로 인한 불이익은 책임지지 않습니다.
3. 응모자 명은 신분증 및 여권에 표기되어 있는 한글 혹은 영문 이름으로 응모해 주시기 바랍니다.
이벤트는 당첨자 본인만 참여 가능하여, 본인 본명이 아닐 경우 이벤트 참여가 불가합니다.
- 외국인 분들은 꼭 여권상의 영어 이름으로 응모자 명을 등록해 주시기 바랍니다.

4. 응모 기간 동안 동일한 응모자 정보로 여러 번 주문하신 경우 모두 합산하여 총 구매하신 수량의 횟수로 자동 응모됩니다.

To apply to a video call fansign, you must enter the information (name/ date of birth / contact number / KakaoTalk ID).
If any information is missing, you will not be applied to a video call fansign.
[How to proceed with Video Call Fansign]
1. This event will be held only by the face talk of the KakaoTalk,
so the winner must prepare a mobile phone that can be used for KakaoTalk.
-Video call fansign will be made sequentially according to the event period.
-Before the video call event starts, please check the sequence of the winners through the notice.
-We will inform the winner on the event day in advance through KakaoTalk etc before the video call.
-If you don't answer the phone more than twice during the event time, it is impossible to proceed with the event.
Please check the time of the event and must answer the phone.
2. Video calls will be proceeded by each member in order, and the screen automatically moves to the next member after the scheduled time.
-Please understand that if the winner does not hang up, the call may be forced to close.
-If the event winner not shown or participate in more than two participants, it is impossible to proceed the event.
-You cannot record and broadcast live on SNS during a video call.
-If there is a problem with the winner's network connection, if may be difficult to proceed with the event, so please check your network environment in advance.
3. For smooth progress, please refrain calls and messages to the organizer.
[Caution for application for Video Call Fansign]
1. We will collect personal information required for event only for applicants.
(name/contact number /date of birth/KakaoTalk ID)
2. Video call can only be made by contact number or KakaoTalk ID provided with information.
Evnet time will be the same for all winners.
3. If the call content deemed inappropriate, the event may be end immediately.
4. For smooth event progress, post-it and PS are not allowed, only the name and sign are allowed.
5. The item purchased upon application is a pre-order product and will be shipped according to the delivery schedule.
If there is a delay in delivery or anything unusual, we will notify you through a notice.
6. One of the purchased items(on the photo book) will be signed and sent to all winners.
7. Please understand that this event may be changed or canceled without prior notice due to the artist's schedule.
8. Please note that the signed album will be sent after the packaging has been removed.

[Precaution]
Purchase related
-You cannot exchange or refund the item you purchased to apply for.
-Only orders that have been deposited within the application period will be automatically entered.
- You can't use accumulated money and coupons are not available.
Application related
1. Payment can be made by an agent when applying for this event.
However, the organizers(including the KPOPSTORE) will not take any responsibility for any problems arising from this.
2. Please enter the applicant's information (name/contact/date of birth/KakaoTalk ID) correctly in the information box provided when purchasing the product.
- Information cannot be changed after the purchase is completed, and the winners will be drawn only with the information entered by the applicant.
- At this time, we are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by incorrectly filled out information you have mistakenly entered.
3. Please write your name as written on your identification card or passport when you apply.
Only the winner can participate, and if it is not your real name, you cannot participate in the event.
- Foreign participants can only apply if their name and passport's English name are the same.
4. If you have multiple order, then total number of quantities will apply automatically for the entries.
